Physical books sold through Amazon are printed, packaged, and shipped directly by Amazon. If you experience shipping delays, damaged deliveries, lost packages, or other delivery-related concerns regarding your book order, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly for assistance.

For Royal Chapters merchandise and educational products shipped directly by us, order processing may take up to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your apartment or suite number (if applicable), street address, city, state, ZIP/postal code, and country. Royal Chapters is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

While delivery carriers typically do not require a signature, packages may be left at the delivery location at the carrier’s discretion. Royal Chapters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
